The Kwinana Nuisance Cat Trapping Trial 2026 (Report It, Trap It, Surrender It) is intended to support residents who are experiencing ongoing issues with cats entering or causing nuisance on their private property. This initiative is organised by Councillor Michael James Brown and is privately funded.
This form allows you to report nuisance cat activity and register your interest in borrowing a humane cat trap as part of the trial.
The information you provide will help assess the nature and location of nuisance cat activity, prioritise trap allocation, coordinate trap collection and return, and support safe and humane trapping practices. Please provide factual information about the cat activity occurring on your property and avoid including personal information about other people.
Please note: Submitting this form does not guarantee immediate access to a trap. Trap availability may be limited, and residents selected to participate will be contacted with further instructions, including how to collect, use and return the trap. Any cat trapped through the trial must be handled in accordance with the instructions provided and surrendered to City of Kwinana Rangers immediately.
